Shop by booth size

Every booth starts with a footprint.

Pick a size to see what fits on it. We match you only with builders who list that size in their own work.

6×6 m · 400 sq ft

20×20

islandOpen on 4 sides

Typical layout

  • Central tower with lockable storage
  • Counters on two corners
  • Hanging sign over the stand

Island height limits are set by each show. Check your exhibitor manual.

Inline, corner, peninsula or island?

Your booth type comes from where the space sits on the floor plan. It decides how tall you can build and how many aisles you face. Your show's exhibitor manual has the final word.

Inline

One open side, neighbours left, right and behind.

Corner

Two open sides on a row end, more passing traffic.

Peninsula

Three open sides, a back wall on the fourth.

Island

Open on all four sides, the tallest builds.

Solid edge: wall or neighbour. Dashed edge: open to the aisle.

Not sure which size or layout fits?

Send your floor plan. Builders who build that size every season will tell you what fits your space and budget, before you commit to anything.

Questions

Trade show booth questions

How much does a 10×10 ft booth cost?

It depends on whether you rent or own, the graphics, flooring, shipping and venue labour. Every quote you get through Exhivo is itemised, so you can compare builders line by line.

What size booth do I need?

Start from your floor plan: the show assigns the space. As a guide, a 10×10 ft suits two staff and a single message, while a 20×20 ft island gives you four open sides, storage and room for demos.

How tall can my booth be?

Each show sets its own height limits by booth type. Inline back walls are the lowest and islands the tallest, and your exhibitor manual has the final word.

Do builders handle labour at the convention center?

Each venue has its own labour rules. Builders who have worked the hall plan for them and include install and dismantle in their quote.

Should I rent or buy a booth?

Renting suits one or two shows a year. Owning pays off when you exhibit often and want the same structure every time. Ask for both in your brief and compare.

Do I have to book one of the builders?

No. Quotes are free and you are under no obligation to book any of them.

Can I see a builder's past work first?

Yes. Every profile shows photos from the builder's own portfolio, its Google rating and the brands it lists as clients.

Is Exhivo free?

Yes, for exhibitors. Builders pay a fee only when they win a project.
