- Height limits: one-aisle back wall including signs 8 ft; perimeter 12 ft; split island 16 ft; island (400 NSF minimum) hard wall displays 24 ft. source
- All booths must be fully carpeted or furnished with an acceptable floor covering over the full contracted space; otherwise Show Management carpets it at the exhibitor's expense. source
- Overhead rigging over island booths is arranged through InfoComm's official General Contractor; hung items must be at least 4 ft above the tallest part of the booth; rigging is not permitted in inline and linear booths. source
- Certificate of Insurance upload due Friday, April 30, 2027; booth design deviations must be submitted in writing by May 5, 2027. source
- All exhibits must be complete and in place by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2027; no dismantling before the 4:00 p.m. close on June 18, 2027. source
