- Freeman is the Official General Service Contractor; Freeman discount deadline to order carpet, graphics, furnishings, electrical, mechanical services and rigging is December 29; January 22 is the last day to ship to the advance warehouse without surcharges. source
- Height limits: corner and end-cap 10 ft; perimeter 12 ft; island, peninsula and split island a maximum combined height of 20 ft between floor structure and hanging sign. source
- All booths must order or supply their own floor covering that completely covers the cement floor. source
- Hanging signs are permitted in island, split island and peninsula booths of 400 sq ft or larger (not linear booths); Freeman is the exclusive rigging provider inside the LVCC exhibit hall during KBIS; sign top may not exceed 25 ft, with 26 to 30 ft requiring a variance. source
- Move-in runs Tue, Jan 26 through Mon, Feb 1, 2027, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with each exhibitor assigned a targeted freight date. source
