Getting quotes
How do I get quotes?
Press Get quotes on any page and answer three questions: your show (or convention center and dates), your booth size, and where builders should send quotes. You can add a note such as your booth number, budget or a link to a booth you like.
How many builders will quote?
Up to 5. We match builders who list your booth size and work your venue or city. If you start from a builder's profile, your brief goes to that builder and up to 4 similar ones, so you can compare.
Can I choose the builders myself?
Yes. Pick builders in the directory or on city, show and venue pages, and your brief goes to the ones you picked.
My show is not in the list. What do I do?
Choose My show is not listed and type the convention center and your dates. Dates must be today or later.
I don't know my booth size yet.
Choose Not sure and builders will recommend one. The booth sizes guide and its calculator help you work it out.
Do I have to book a builder?
No. Compare the quotes and choose one builder, or none.

What does Exhivo cost?
Nothing for exhibitors. Builders pay a commission on work won through a brief.
Are the prices on the site quotes?
No. They are published price ranges, each with its source and the date we checked it, so you know what to expect. A builder's quote for your show replaces them.

Builders
How are builders vetted?
Every builder is checked against the same six things: the sizes it has built, the halls and shows it works, its Google rating and number of reviews, what it does in-house, trade bodies and certifications, and named clients. Only builders that pass are listed.
Where do ratings come from?
From Google. We never publish ratings a builder reports about itself.
How are lists ordered?
By the rule printed on each list, such as Google rating, number of reviews or whether the builder is local. Builders cannot pay to change it.
Can builders see my brief before I send it?
No. Nothing is sent until you press Send my brief.

Who sees my details?
Only the builders your brief is matched with, at most 5. A brief is never resold.
