Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Exhivo website. By using the site or sending a brief, you agree to them.
The service
Exhivo matches trade show exhibitors with booth builders. Exhibitors send a brief and receive quotes from up to 5 builders. It is free for exhibitors; builders pay a commission on work they win through a brief.
Your brief
Give accurate details so builders can quote. When you send a brief, you agree that we share it, with your contact details, with the builders it is matched with or that you choose, as the privacy page explains. You are under no obligation to book any builder.
Quotes and contracts are with the builder
Quotes come from the builders, not from Exhivo. If you hire a builder, your contract, payments and any claims about the booth are between you and that builder. We vet builders before listing them, but we do not guarantee the work, prices or delivery of any builder.
Information on the site
- Prices are published ranges from the source named beside each one, with the date we checked it. They are a guide, not a quote.
- Show dates and rules come from each show's or venue's official pages. Check your exhibitor manual before you book.
- Ratings come from Google, and builder details from each builder's own website.
We work to keep this information right, but it can change after we check it.
Using the site fairly
Do not send false briefs, spam or messages on someone else's behalf without their permission, and do not try to disrupt the site or get around its limits.
Builder listings
Builders are listed from information they publish. A builder can ask us to update or remove its listing through the contact form.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a builder's work or for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
