Exhivo ("we") runs this website, a marketplace that matches trade show exhibitors with booth builders. This page explains what we collect, why, and who receives it.
What we collect
- When you send a brief: your show or convention center and dates, booth size, the answers you give about the booth, your name, company, work email, mobile number and any notes, plus anything you add on the thank-you screen.
- When you send a message: the topic, your name, email, company and message.
- With either form: the page you sent it from, campaign tags in that page's address, your browser type, and a one-way hashed code made from your IP address. We never store the IP address itself; the code only lets us limit how many forms one network can send.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The cookies page has the details.
Why we use it
- To match your brief with booth builders and send it to them, so they can quote.
- To reply to your message.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
Who receives it
- Booth builders: your brief, including your contact details, goes to the builders it is matched with or that you choose, at most 5. Each builder then handles your details under its own privacy policy.
- Our service providers: the companies that host the website and its database store the data for us. They may process it outside your country.
We never sell your details or pass a brief to anyone beyond the builders it is sent to.
Builder listings
Builder profiles use business information each builder publishes on its own website and its Google Maps rating and reviews count. A builder can ask us to correct or remove its listing through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, through the contact form or by email to hello@exhivo.com. Deleting your details with us does not delete the copy a builder already received; contact that builder too.
Changes
When we change what we collect or who receives it, we update this page and the date at the top.
