- Constructed display height limits: inline 8 ft; perimeter 20 ft; island 16 ft; no variances are granted. source
- Carpet or other flooring is recommended but not required; booths are not carpeted (aisle carpet only). source
- Hanging signs: not permitted for inline booths; perimeter up to 24 ft to top of sign; standard island up to 20 ft; not permitted in low-headroom North Hall islands. Height must be approved by show management before aerial rigging is ordered. source
- Set-up: Thu Jan 21 to Sat Jan 23, 8am to 5pm, and Sun Jan 24, 8am to 3:30pm. Dismantle: Wed Jan 27, 4pm to 8pm, through Sat Jan 30, 8am to 11am. source
