Is it free to join Exhivo?
Yes. Joining, your profile page and every brief we match to you cost nothing. There is no fee per lead. You pay only when you win work through a brief, so if you do not win, you do not pay.
How do briefs reach me?
An exhibitor sends one brief with their show, booth size and budget. We send it to at most 5 vetted builders who list that size and work that venue. You contact the exhibitor directly with your quote.
What is Featured placement?
An optional paid spot, labelled Featured, above the list on the city, size, venue and show pages you qualify for, plus a Featured badge on your profile. It costs $99 a month at the introductory price. Rankings and brief matching never change for payment.
What can I add to my profile?
Portfolio photos, the booth sizes you build, the convention centers you work, the shows and events you have delivered, brands you have built for, client feedback with its source, your in-house services and the cities and countries you serve. Your Google rating is added automatically.
Can you list me outside the United States?
Yes. Tell us the countries you serve. The US edition is live; Germany, India, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Australia are being prepared, and your profile appears in each as it opens.
How do you check builders before listing them?
Every builder passes the same six checks: sizes built, halls and shows worked, Google rating and volume, what is done in-house, trade bodies and certifications, and brands built for.
How do I update or remove my listing?
